Meet our team
Robert Trevarrow
Managing Director
Our Founder and Managing Director Robert Trevarrow is a talented senior commercial broker with over 10 years’ experience in the finance industry. In 2018, he recognised how unnecessarily hard it was for small businesses to get the finances they needed to elevate their business. He set out on a mission to help; opening the doors to Specter Financial in his hometown of Adelaide. Since then, he has forged a strong broker team that genuinely cares for each and every client.
Robbie is married to Kira (who also works for Specter Financial) and is the proud father of Chase and Ashlynne. He’s down to earth, has a great sense of humour and like most blokes, is a keen sports fan! He is incredibly proud of the business he has built, well-known for his commitment to education and is motivated by the ambition of his clients.
Daniel Rock
Commercial Broker & Team Leader
Daniel Rock has 9 years’ finance experience, starting out as a teller with ANZ. Over his career Daniel has worked on a variety of projects, including personal loans, asset finance, home loans, start-up and small business lending, SME business lending and cash flow forecasting and business planning. Today, he’s dedicated to providing his clients with a complete end-to-end service, getting to know their business needs and tailoring solutions suited to their current situation, whether that’s growth, cash flow shortages, or simply being in a tough spot.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and their young daughter. He says there is nothing better than watching his little girl grow and discover the world one milestone at a time!
Karl Caintic
Commercial Broker
Karl Caintic has more than a decade of experience in finance, covering consumer banking, commercial banking, financial technology, and finance broking. He began his career in the banking industry after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. With a focus on transparency, integrity, and setting the right expectations, Karl believes reliability is key to building strong client relationships. If you ask Karl what he enjoys most about working in finance he’d say that it’s the opportunity to help people achieve their financial goals.
According to Karl, he has no hidden talents but when he’s not working you can regularly find him thrashing his opponents on the badminton court. He’s also an incredible cook, often treating the team to flavourful dishes he’s whipped up at home.
Alexander Le
Commercial Broker
Alexander Le has always had a keen interest in finance, working at Beyond Bank before joining Specter Financial. With a natural ability to connect with people, he enjoys helping his clients with their financial needs. Alexander firmly believes that communication is key to providing top-notch broker services and makes it a priority to keep his clients informed with regular updates and follow-ups, so they are always aware of what is going on.
In his personal life, Alexander enjoys spending time with family and friends. A self-confessed foodie, his favourite pastime is exploring the Adelaide restaurant scene and trying new foods.
Carl Siaosi
Commercial Broker
Carl Siaosi is a passionate finance professional with over 8 years’ experience in the industry. After many years in sales, Carl realised that his true passion lay in finance and made the transition, never looking back. He joined Specter Financial, keen to support his clients in reaching their financial goals, grow their businesses, and realise their full potential. In doing so, he strives to provide his clients with as much information as possible while keeping the lending process straightforward and stress-free. His ultimate goal is to ensure clients feel happy and in control, all while providing professional and attentive service.
As an Aucklander, Carl loves his city and all it has to offer, from great restaurants and bars to stunning landscapes and natural hot springs just a short flight away. In his free time, he enjoys staying fit and healthy by going to the gym and taking on new challenges. Carl also loves to travel and is looking forward to exploring the world now that international travel is back on the cards.
Nathaniel Viccajee

Nathanial (Nate) Viccajee has over 9 years’ experience in finance. Inspired by his aunt who spent 20 years in banking, Nate became an ANZ teller while studying a Diploma of Business and Management – and never looked back. Now in his role as a Commercial Broker, he strives to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and provide creative financial solutions to help them thrive! Nate believes the key to a first-rate broker service is a close attention to detail to ensure each client’s personal needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
When he’s not working, Nate loves to travel, cook and spend time with family. He enjoys discovering new areas both near and far, treating his friends to elaborate dinners when they holiday together.
Anthony Lazzarino
Commercial Broker
If there’s someone who knows business management back to front, it’s our Commercial Broker Anthony Lazzarino. Anthony’s career is rooted in the customer service industry, backed by a Certificate IV in Business Frontline Management. Having gained extensive experience in the construction and renovation industries, he was excited to broaden his horizons and enter the world of finance. Anthony enjoys helping clients build their business and guiding them to reach their fullest potential. He believes the secret to success is top-notch communication, focussing on educating his clients so they can make informed decisions that are right for their business.
Outside of the office, Anthony is an avid fisherman, often found casting a line by the beach. He’s also a true cinephile, making movie marathons a priority in his spare time.
Brandon Hamilton
Commercial Broker
Brandon Hamilton brings a wealth of experience to the Specter Financial team, with over five years of industry expertise under his belt. While pursuing his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Adelaide, Brandon ventured into the finance world as a credit analyst at Westpac. It was here that he discovered his passion for the analytical mindset and the unique challenges of the finance sector – and he’s never looked back. As part of the Specter Finance team, Brandon is eager to collaborate closely with his clients to help them achieve their personal and business financial goals. He strives to establish genuine and affable relationships with his clients, by asking the right questions and sharing a joke or two!
Hailing from South Australia, Brandon is an enthusiast for exploring his own backyard on the weekends. He enjoys keeping fit, playing sports and has a keen interest in photography and videography.

Motivated by the profound impact finance has on people’s lives and aspirations, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the success of his clients, whether it’s helping someone secure a mortgage for their dream home or aiding a business owner in expanding their operations. When he’s not securing a deal, Daniel is devoted to his role as a new father. His top priority is cherishing moments with his wife and little one, and when time allows, you’ll find him racing to the golf course for a round or two!

Kira Trevarrow has an extensive background in office management and administration. Her favourite aspect of working in finance is building strong relationships with clients and being able to help them achieve their financial goals. She believes that being friendly, genuine, and relatable, while maintaining a professional and knowledgeable approach, is crucial in delivering a high-quality broker service. Kira is dedicated to delivering timely responses to her clients and ensuring they feel comfortable with the entire process.
In her personal life, Kira is a family-oriented person, and takes immense joy in spending time with her husband, Robbie, and two children, Chase and Ashlynne.
